Kids R Here is a warm, trusted family-owned daycare center that first opened its doors in 2016 in Conroe, Texas. What began as a small, heartfelt labor of love has gently grown into a beloved local space for children to learn, play, and thrive—one milestone at a time.
We specialize in early childhood education and school readiness, helping little ones build confidence, foundational skills, and a love of learning in a safe, nurturing environment. Safety is our top priority in every routine, activity, and interaction, so parents can feel completely at ease while their child grows.
At Kids R Here, we don’t just care for children—we partner with parents. We believe strong communication and genuine family connection make all the difference in a child’s development. We’re more than a daycare: we’re a small, tight-knit community where every kid is seen, every parent is heard, and every day feels like home.

I’ve proudly been part of Kids R Here since 2016, supporting our teams across all locations and building strong relationships with our directors, staff, and families.
I believe effective leadership is rooted in trust, open communication, and consistency. I strive to create an environment where team members feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow — while also maintaining the accountability and high standards that allow our centers to thrive.
I value being approachable and solution-focused, helping teams work through challenges with clarity and confidence. My goal is always to foster a culture where children feel safe and nurtured, families feel confident, and our staff know they have both guidance and encouragement when navigating challenges. It’s incredibly meaningful to be part of a company that makes such a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
